1. Are there additional taxes and fees added to the price of the bike?
In the USA, EU countries and many other countries, the price of a bike at checkout is final and no additional payments are required.
2. How to calculate the final price of a bike?
You can customize the bike by adding or removing options and the cost will be automatically recalculated.
The final price of the selected version will be indicated in the checkout before payment.

3. How secure are the payments?
We accept payment through the two most renowned payment systems, PayPal and Stripe. This guarantees the utmost security for your funds until you receive the bike and assess its performance. Your personal data is also securely protected from any leaks.
We can also offer a payment scheme:
a. 50% upfront and 50% before delivery for all customers.
b. US customers can apply for PayPal Credit or Klarna.
4. I changed my mind. How can I cancel an order?
No problem. More about it read in POLICIES.
5. Delivery in the USA?
For Continental US customers we deliver to door.
Delivery in USA (Islands)?
Hawaii or other islands under request.
Price for delivery calculated in checkout on a final stage.
6. Other countries delivery?
Yes. We deliver to most countries.
7. Order placing and confirmation.
You can place an order on the website or app at any time. Within 24 hours of placing the order, we will send you an order confirmation. The bike will begin production only after you have approved the order.
Please be aware that if you place the order on a weekend or holiday, the order confirmation will be sent to you on the first business day.
8. Lead time.
Production: 15-20 business days
International shipping (to port): 30-35 business days
Local delivery (to door): 7-14 business days
9. What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
Parts with damage due to abuse or misuse are not covered. As Enduro e-bike owner, we provide technical support and consultation even if something happens out of warranty. Our Enduro owners are important to us. Common wear items are not covered under warranty, such as tires, brake pads.

10. No license required?
Correct! The GOEV City Mode is limited to a top speed of 20 mph throttle (or 28mph electric pedal assist) and 750 watts to comply with Federal electric bicycle regulations. Each state may have its own restrictions which you can view here.
GOEV Corp requires our users to be at least 16 years old and wear helmet to ride the ebike. No license or registration required.

11. How fast does it go?
To meet Federal electric bicycle regulations, City Mode is tuned to 750 Watts for a top speed of 20 mph with throttle (CLASS 2) or 28 mph with electric pedal assist (CLASS 3). You can switch to City Mode on a handle bar or under the saddle. Max speed for bikes 75mph.
12. How do I charge it? What includes in standard package?
Just like a cell phone, simply plug the charger into any standard wall outlet and into your bike.
The battery is not removable, so it charges directly while connected to the bike.
The bike comes in a box, 90% assembled. You'll need to attach the front wheel, handlebar, and connect the battery. If you're familiar with such products, it would take about 2 hours. AlMANUALS are provided to guide you through the process.
Inside the box, you'll find the ebike, front and rear lights, tools for assembling, a kickstand, and the charger.
Additional features such as fenders, a moto saddle, and side boxes are available for extra payment. You can purchase them together with the bike.
13. How long do the batteries last?
Just like a Electric Car, our batteries will last 5-6 years before holding 70% of their original energy capacity

15. How does the Enduro ebike handle rain?
The Enduro e-bike performs well in rain. Just as with a bicycle or a motorcycle, extra caution must be used for safety and maneuverability.
16. Where is the GoEV e-bike built?
Enduro e-bike built on our factory in PRC.
17. I'm tall. Will this work for me? Is there a weight limit?
The seat was designed for riders between 5'1" - 6'7".
Max load capacity 330lbs.
